Normally, customer provides specifications and proper description for making samples. The sample is made and sent for approval. Own samples are also sent on specific request.

Once the sample is approved and other terms are agreed, pre-production sampling is done. If clear instructions on accessories are given, we can include them all in the pre-production samples and send.

On approval of the pre-production sample we go for bulk run. Customer is free to ask for random production samples at any point of time.

Pre-shipment sample is also made available to the customer.

We use third party accredited laboratory to carry out quality checks apart from our basic laboratory checks. Customer can also ask for a specific laboratory results, we are agreeable to this.

Note: Sampling procedures at times vary depending on the customer. Our team is fully trained to meet all the requirements.

Terms:
We work only on irrevocable L/c at sight basis. Bank and other references can be given on request. We believe in long term relationship based on quality of our products and the professional services we extend.
